The hotel was clean, with friendly and polite staff. The breakfast lady was particularly attentive to our needs, especially for our kids. The location was quiet and the room spacious. The ample parking was a great plus.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room wassuper clean and cozy with ample space. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. we appreciated the ample parking available and the easy access to the Autobahn.

Room amenities may lack a little. Some guests have complained about small showers, no fridge or microwave in some rooms, and lack of elevators, which can be tough for elderly or disabled guests.

The hotel had fast WiFi and comfortable beds. the breakfast spread was good. the hotel is located close to the highway, making it easy to find. the staff was very helpful, with one receptionist staying late to check us in. the parking was free which was a plus.
The room was rather cold and the heating didn't help much. the internet access codes were unnecessarily complicated to use.

The hotel is located in a quiet, remote area surrounded by nature which offered a peaceful retreat for my romantic escape. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable providing a good night's sleep. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the delicious breakfast offered, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel lacked proper customer service. The response from the staff was slow and unhelpful.
